As promised (though a day late!), here’s what I did with the biscuits we made on Saturday. We made our own breakfast sandwiches! This is how I did it:
I baked eggs, sprinkled with pepper and basil, in ramekins I coated with cooking spray (for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees).
I cooked up some lowfat turkey sausage patties, stacked up the eggs and sausage on the biscuits…and voila… breakfast sandwiches that are better (at least according to Josue) than McDonald’s.
