Today I am thankful. I’m thankful for my wonderful husband and my precious daughter. I love them both so much!
Last night, Josue took me out on a special Valentine’s date. We enjoyed some delicious Thai food at Lanna Thai in Tulsa. We had eaten there twice before and had really enjoyed the food; however the service both times was horrible (and we aren’t ones to complain). After our last visit, we said we would never go back. Last night we were glad we did. The service was excellent and the food was great, as always. We both ordered our food cooked to a medium heat level. Next time we would probably order hot because it wasn’t very spicy at all. I plan to make mussa-muhn curry for us soon and I’ll share the recipe when I do.
Today we all received some Valentine surprises.
