  1. That pizza looks so good! I like the fresh mozz. Why don’t you need to let the dough rise longer? Is there a difference in the taste between dough that only rests 10 minutes and the long-rise dough according to yeast package directions?


    1. Thanks, Julia! I love using the fresh mozzarella because it melts and browns so well. Not allowing the dough to rise is what makes the thin crust. The main difference I could tell between the no-rise and long-rise crust is texture rather than flavor. I recently learned a great way to bake pizza that really enhances the flavor.
